At RossJuliaRoss,we are currently seeking an energetic Recruitment Consultant to join our Auckland branch. You will be working alongside a friendly team and be dealing with businesses from all areas of Auckland.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong billings history, be a professional and dedicated Recruiter who has a passion for the industry. In addition, you will need to be a committed self starter, able to enhance repeat business by proactively working with an established client base, sourcing new opportunities and maintaining a consistently high level of service and results.

Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate:

• Relevant recruitment sales experience
• Strong client servicing skills - a "can do, will do" attitude 
•  Robust relationship building skills
• Strong business development skills
• A driven, self-motivated and positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Passionate about delivering a high quality recruitment service
