Recently, Julia was asked by the prestigious Deloitte Leadership Academy to participate in some video-based education programs on Leadership. The resulting interviews with Julia will be used as tools by Deloitte to assist in the development of high-potential professionals.

Some of the reasons that Julia was asked to participate in their leadership education program were:

• that Julia has been the driving force behind building RossJuliaRoss, and we are recognised as amongst Australia's most successful businesses in our sector
• Julia herself is well-known for her ethics and honesty in business and
• Julia is known as someone who brings a great deal of her personal values to her role

These attributes were seen as the types of admirable traits that Deloitte wishes to develop in the leaders of the future with whom its Leadership Academy engages and they saw Julia as someone who personifies them.
